The Chocolate Mirror glaze has a light chocolate flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake.

Great for use over donuts, pastries and cupcakes to add colour and flavour. Pour the glaze into a bowl and dip donuts straight into the glaze. Fantastic also to use over cheesecakes, mousse cakes and birthday cakes.

Ideal to use for drip cake finishes either straight from the bottle or through a piping bag. The glaze will run down the cake and then settle with a nice soft finish. And, if you need to touch up a drip, the glaze can also be re-added to extend or thicken an existing drip.

Directions:

• Shake bottle well for 8-10 seconds
• Apply the glaze directly over the pastry products, or other items such as ice
• cream, pound cake, muffins, or donuts for decorative purposes
• Smooth out if required using a brush or spatula
