This Wilton Gum Paste Mix is a quick and easy way to make your own gum paste/flower paste. Gum paste is a workable pliable dough like mixture used to make moulds, sugar flowers, figurines and more. Simply add water to the mix and knead. Comes in a 450g sealable jar allowing you to use a small portion and store the rest. Certified kosher.
Ingredients: confectioners' sugar (sugar, corn starch), dextrose, corn syrup solids, emulsifier: sodium alginate (E401).
