Isomalt crystals are commonly used to create hard candy jewels, edible gems, blown sugar, sugar decorations and a sugar substitue in baking. It hardens with a clear crystal finish and are less sticky compared to sugar. We have isomalt crystals and isomalt nibs in a variety of colours. Isomalt can also be coloured and flavoured. Once your isomalt has been melted, it can be moulded using our hard candy moulds.
