Lorann Oils flavouring suitable for chocolate

The majority of LorAnn's flavourings are also appropriate for use in flavouring chocolate and chocolate coatings. Some of these flavors may cause some thickening in chocolate; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth. All flavors can be used to flavor ganache, or candy centers.

Tips for flavouring chocolate

  • We recommend adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Lorann Oils Flavoring per pound of chocolate.
  • Flavoring can be stirred into the melted chocolate once it has been tempered.
  • It’s best to add the minimum amount of flavoring and add more to taste.
