Wilton Marshmallow Candy Melts

Wilton Marshmallow White Candy Melts are versatile, creamy and easy to melt wafers which are great for moulding, candy making, coating and dipping. This marshmallow flavoured candy melts are only available for a limited time. Candy melts are bright white in colour and comes in a 283g bag. Kosher certified. Note Candy Melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in original wafer shape.

Melting instructions using microwave
Microwave Marshmallow Candy Melts in microwave-safe container at 50% power or defrost setting for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Continue to microwave and stir at 30 seconds intervals until smooth and completely melted.

Melting instructions using doubler boiler
Fill lower pan with water to below level of top pan. Bring water to simmer then remove from heat. Put candy melts in top pan and stir constantly without beating until smooth.

Moulding instructions
Pour melted Marshmallow White Candy Melts into mould, tap gently to remove air bubbles. Let set. Remove candy by inverting mould and twisting gently.
