Sweet coconut without the grit. LorAnn Oils Coconut Flavouring 1 Dram delivers a creamy, toasted coconut flavour that is super-strength and oil-soluble, so it works in chocolate, candy and buttercream where normal essences fail.

Think bounty centres, coconut ice and lamington buttercream. One tiny dram flavours a whole batch, so a little goes a long way.

FAQs

How much LorAnn dram should I use?
Start with 1/8 tsp per 250g chocolate or per 1kg hard candy. LorAnn super-strength is 3-4x stronger than supermarket essences. For buttercream, start with 2-3 drops per 250g buttercream and taste. Reduce if soapy.

What is the difference between LorAnn oil and emulsion?
LorAnn Oils are super-strength, oil-soluble flavourings for chocolate and candy making. They will not cause chocolate to seize and survive high heat. Emulsions are water-based, better for cakes and cupcake batters where water content is high and heat is lower. Use coconut oil for candy/chocolate, coconut emulsion for cakes.
