How much LorAnn dram should I use?
Start 1/8 tsp per 250g chocolate or 1kg hard candy. For buttercream, 2-3 drops per 250g. Grape is sweet and strong, a little goes far so taste as you go.

What is the difference between LorAnn oil and emulsion?
LorAnn Oils are super-strength oil-soluble candy oils for chocolate/candy (high heat). Emulsions are water-based for baking. Use grape oil for hard candy/chocolate, emulsion for cakes.
