FAQs

How much LorAnn dram should I use?
Use 1/8 tsp per 250g chocolate or 1kg hard candy. For buttercream, start 2-3 drops per 250g. Watermelon is very sweet and aromatic, so start low. Always add with toothpick or dropper.

What is the difference between LorAnn oil and emulsion?
LorAnn Oils are concentrated oil-soluble flavourings for candy making and chocolate. They survive high heat and will not seize chocolate. Emulsions are water-based for cakes and batters. Choose oil for candy/chocolate, emulsion for sponge.
