This Butter Vanilla Baking & Flavouring Emulsion by LorAnn Oils is a water based gourmet blend of vanilla and butter that is great for adding a tasty to cakes, frostings cookies, fondants, fillings and more. Butter Vanilla Baking Emulsion can be used in place of vanilla extracts.
The flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. This encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Emulsions are a great alternative to alcohol based extracts as they:
- Emulsions have a more potent, robust flavour.
- Emulsions won't 'bake out' when exposed to heat
- Emulsions are water based and are soluble in water
- Emulsions are gluten & sugar free
