This Rum Baking & Flavouring Emulsion by LorAnn Oils is a water based flavour that is great for adding a rum flavour without
the use of alcohol to your cakes, frostings cookies, fondants, fillings and more. The flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. This encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Emulsions are a great alternative to alcohol based extracts as they:
- Emulsions have a more potent, robust flavour.
- Emulsions won't 'bake out' when exposed to heat
- Emulsions are water based and are soluble in water
- Emulsions are gluten sugar free
- Contains alcohol
- Contains: Water, Propylene Glycol, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Xanthan Gum, Caramel Color.
